Sandhya Tillotson, Principal with Sagebrush Ltd. facilitates highly engaging, inclusive & interactive virtual and in-person meetings, strategic planning sessions and retreats to guide diverse teams through collective decision-making processes. Participants develop shared vision for the future, through deep dialogue and innovative techniques, with clear results for transformational change. Sandhya is guided by her core values of justice, compassion, empowerment for all, and mindful action. Sandhya is trained in Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitation and Strategic Planning methods; is a nonprofit consultant with the SW Colorado Small Business Development Center; a graduate of the Community Resource Center’s Nonprofit Leadership & Management program; a member of the International Association of Facilitators.
