Deborah Center

Hello - I am Deb Center. I am a nurse and in the process of completing my PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership Psychology to be an I-O Psychologist. I am extremely interested in organizational change and facilitating the creation of teams and healthy work environments. I lead several federally funded grants focused on interprofessional teams and healthcare quality improvement. My focus at the Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence is on leadership development and teams. I am also an executive/leadership coach, focused on individuals, groups and teams.
