Co-chair Refugee & Immigrant Youth Consortium with the African Community Center's Brenda Herrera Moreno. State role with the URM program which provides a parallel funding mechanism to place youth in Colorado's foster care system. Youth with refugee, asylee, SIJ, T-Visa, U-Visa or Cuban/Haitian entrants status whose parents are missing, diseased, unavailable, or whose parental rights are terminated are eligible.
