Brad Finch

Three Rivers Education Foundation, and the CLPlus initiative, provides professional development and reading resources to schools and teachers, as well as family reading resources and free books in high poverty neighborhoods. Students receive free, weekly after-school reading tutoring. CLPlus is partnered with 87 high poverty school districts in 5 southwestern states.
