Meagan Picard brings over 20 years of experience in public policy development, including applied research, community engagement, strategic planning, program implementation, and performance assessment and reporting. Meagan has served state, regional, tribal, and local governments as well as community organizations in Washington State, Oregon, California, Hawaii, Alaska, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Colorado, Vermont and Illinois. Her special gift in engaging diverse stakeholders and building strategic partnerships has helped to strengthen communities and develop effective and efficient policies and programs in all of these areas. For her, nothing is more professionally satisfying than getting to know the people, practices, and places that define a community and helping them thrive.
Meagan is currently located in Westminster, CO, and was born and raised in Washington State. She holds a bachelor of arts degree and master of public administration from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.
